Oh the AMAZING Grace.. see what I did there =) All Kidding aside this class of 2016 senior, and Braly Studios Model is pretty amazing! Grace is graduating from Keller High School, which is my alma mater so we immediately had a connection. Grace plays in the band, and so does my oldest Jylian, so again we had something in common and I understood what she meant when she said she needed to have her session done before band camp. When Grace and her mom met me at the studio for their pre session consult I was blown away by how beautiful Grace is. I need a ladder to photograph her, and her smile brightens up every room! Then when she mentioned that she wanted to hold her session with her horses at a barn I just knew this was going to be one of my favorite sessions to date! And boy was I right!
We started her session in the studio, using my natural light room. I love the clean fresh look with that perfect soft light, that room is favorite room in the studio. We then travelled to her barn in Keller where I got to meet sunny. He is a gorgeous horse who is more stubborn then any 2 year old I have ever met. He pretty much protested with every single direction we tried to get him to go. Being a child photographer as well as a senior photographer I’m use to my subjects not cooperating with me, so we laughed it off and worked with him until we got that perfect shot!
