That time my portrait session stopped traffic

    Well it didn't really stop traffic, but it did get the attention of a couple of site see'ers, they where so intrigued and asked questions, and even took picture's themselves! It was pretty fun for everyone involved, specially 9 year old Emery.. It made her feel so special. Emery came to my studio a couple of weeks ago to plan her portrait session. She is turning ten next month and her mom wants to capture her now before she gets to "teenagery" So she tried on some of my gowns, we discussed what she wanted out of her portrait session and put all the pieces together.  They decided they loved one of my favorite locations in Mineral Wells so Last Saturday that's where we met. This location has huge granite rocks and it looks like a page right out of a fairy tale. Emery chose two dresses for her session, a soft pink dress, and a bold red dress. You could see a change in her mood when she put on the red dress.. you could tell she felt so confident! A couple of days after their portrait session we met back in the studio where I revealed their images! This is such a fun process for everyone involved! They ended up purchasing two gorgeous metal wall pieces to display in their home and an album that I just know Emery is going to love sitting and looking through!
