Fort worth family photographer, how to choose one

  The First time I photographed the Truebenbach Family was in 2012. Back then they just had their oldest, Zayden. Not long after that however they contacted me about signing up for the baby plan because they were expecting another baby! Watching this family grow the past four years is something I really treasure. They trust their memories to me, something I don't take lightly. I really do fall in love with all of my clients! They are like an extended family. With so many photographers in the Fort Worth area it can be a little overwhelming when you are searching for your family photographer, so how do you choose one. Here are some tips! 

 First check out their portfolio, photographer styles are like snow flakes every photographer has their own unique style. Go to their website or social media page and make sure you love their work! Then contact them, preferably on the phone so you can get a feel of who they are, not all personalities mesh well and that's okay! I'm a more bubbly loud person so for some people that might be a turn off, and for other's they find it really fun because my witch cackle is contagious =) Third know what your needs are. What is the goal of the family portrait session? Gifts for the family? Holiday cards? Beautiful wall art to display in  your home? All of the above?? This really helps with choosing your photographer as well. Does the photographer offer professional prints from a professional lab? And finally make sure you are fully educated on and agree with their policies,pricing, and products!
